Personal data we process
The data we process is divided into categories: automatically collected data, data provided to us by our data subjects and data received from third parties.

Note: The services are not directed to individuals under 21. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 21. If we become aware that a child under 21 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information. - performance of the contract — the processing of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract. If you cannot provide us with the data that is processed on this basis, we will not be able to provide you with the service you have requested.

Information on data sharing
General
We may share your data on the following basis:
- Performance of the contract. We may share your data with our employees, contracts and partners for the purpose of performing the contract.

- Compliance with the law. We will disclose your personal data to third parties to the extent that it is necessary:
- to comply with a government request, court order, or applicable law;
- to prevent unlawful use of our Website or policies;
- to protect against claims of third parties;

- Transfer to third parties: we transfer your personal data to third parties on the basis of a contract for processing on our behalf, subject to the application of technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Data transfer
The personal data that we collect is stored on servers in the Ukraine. There is not an adequacy decision by the European Commission. The data is processed in the Ukraine by default, but we may need to process your personal data in another country. If we need a data transfer, we will take necessary steps to protect it.
As a best practice in data transfer we use Standard Contractual Clauses and additional measures to protect your data. Also, in the case of transfers, we follow the principle of minimising data and only transfer what is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes.
Sale of data
We will not sell your personal data to any company or organization.
Security
The main risks to your data are: access by unauthorised persons, mishandling of data. We reduce these risks almost to zero by using the following safeguards:

Request response time
California
Businesses must provide you this information for the 12-month period preceding your request. They must provide this information to you free of charge.
Colorado
Data controller is obliged to respond to requests from subjects within 45 days. Data controller must inform the subject of any action taken on the request within 45 days. Under certain circumstances, this 45-day response period may be extended by an additional 45 days.
Connecticut
A controller shall respond to the consumer without undue delay, but not later than 45 days after receipt of the request. The controller may extend the response period by 45 additional days.
Virginia
Data controller is obliged to respond to requests from subjects within 45 days. This period may be extended once for 45 additional days, subject to certain requirements.
Utah
45 days with an option to extend for another 45 days. If a controller extends the initial 45-day period, before the initial 45-day period expires, the controller shall:
- inform the consumer of the extension, including the length of the extension; and
- provide the reasons the extension is reasonably necessary.
Access request
California
A consumer has the right to request us to disclose to you certain information about the personal information we have collected, processed, disclosed and sold about you in the past 12 months.
Colorado
Subjects may exercise their rights by submitting a request, by the method specified by the controller in the Notice. The method must take into account:
- the ways in which subjects typically interact with data controller;
- the need for secure and reliable communication related to the request;
- the controller’s ability to identify the identity of the subject making the request.
Connecticut
A consumer has the right to access their personal data in a portable format, delete their personal data, and correct inaccuracies in their personal data.
Virginia
Data controllers are required to establish and describe in the Notice one or more safe and secure means for subjects to submit requests to exercise their rights. The method used should take into account how customers typically interact with the controller, the need for secure and reliable transmission of such requests, and the controller’s ability to validate requests.
Utah
A consumer may exercise a right by submitting a request to a controller, by means prescribed by the controller, specifying the right the consumer intends to exercise.
Right to deletion
California
The consumer has the right to ask us to delete personal information that we have collected from himself and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Please note that if you request the removal of personal information, we may deny your request or retain some of your personal information if it is necessary for us or our service providers.
We have the right to retain personal information after receiving a deletion request, as permitted by consumer privacy law (for example, to detect security breaches, correct errors, comply with legal obligations, complete transactions).

A consumer has the right to delete personal data concerning the consumer.
Connecticut
The consumer has the right to request to have your information deleted and we must honor that request.
We shall retaining a record of the deletion request and the minimum data necessary for the purpose of ensuring the consumer’s personal data remains deleted from the controller’s records and not using such retained data for any other purpose.
Virginia
A controller shall comply with an authenticated consumer request to exercise the right to delete personal data provided by or obtained about the consumer.
Utah
A consumer has the right to delete the consumer’s personal data that the consumer provided to the controller.
Right to rectification
California
A consumer shall have the right to request a business that maintains inaccurate personal information about the consumer to correct that inaccurate personal information, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of the processing of the personal information.
Colorado
A consumer has the right to correct inaccuracies in the consumer’s personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing of the consumer’s personal data.
Connecticut
The consumer has the right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of personal data and the purposes of personal data processing.
Virginia

A consumer has the right to obtain a copy of the consumer’s personal data, that the consumer previously provided to the controller, in a format that:
- to the extent technically feasible, is portable;
- to the extent practicable, is readily usable; and
- allows the consumer to transmit the data to another controller without impediment, where the processing is carried out by automated means.
Right to opt-out

A consumer shall have the right, at any time, to direct a business that sells personal information about the consumer to third parties not to sell the consumer’s personal information. This right may be referred to as the right to opt-out. Note: we do not sell personal information.
